摘  要:超长混凝土结构在电子、通信、生物医药行业的厂房结构中得到广泛应用。由于高洁净及防微振的要求,厂房不得设缝,因此超长混凝土结构的无缝设计已成为工程中必须解决的重要课题。基于大量的工程实践,通过对超长混凝土结构进行温度应力计算,采用膨胀剂补偿混凝土收缩并形成自压应力,以膨胀带取代后浇带,并采取有效的配筋构造措施,同时配合以严格的施工技术管理,成功地实现了超长混凝土结构的无缝设计。该超长混凝土结构厂房己服役多年,使用效果良好。Concrete structures with large longitudinal length are being widely used in electronic,communications,biomedical mill constructions.As a result of high-cleansing and anti-vibration requirements,the factory building must have no joints,so the seamless design of the concrete structures with large longitudinal length has become an important problem which it is urgent for the engineers to solve.Based on a large number of engineering practices,through the computation of thermal stresses about concrete structures with large longitudinal length,the sweller was used to form self compressive stress to compensate for the concrete shrinkage.At the same time,by replacing after-pouring strips with expansion strips,the effective reinforcement structural measures and the strict construction technique management are taken.By the implementation of these measures,the seamless design of the concrete structures with large longitudinal length has been successfully conducted.The concrete structure factories with large longitudinal length have served for many years,which can offer some references to engineers.
