摘  要:目的:比较不同加工过程,不同时期新生叶和不同叶龄叶中二氢查耳酮的含量,为多穗柯的综合利用提供参考。方法:采用高效液相法进行二氢查耳酮含量测定。结果:8月份采收叶中的二氢查耳酮含量最高,含量达到5.43%,12份仅有4.33%;而不同的储藏时间集叶中以嫩叶含量最高,含量达到5.38%,储藏时间越长,二氢查耳酮含量越低,平均每年下降7.2%;在不同叶龄中以嫩叶中二氢查耳酮含量最高,生长时间越长,二氢查耳酮含量越低,加工过程对二氢查耳酮的含量影响不大。结论:多穗柯的叶可以作为二氢查耳酮的新型甜味剂的来源植物加以利用。Objective: To compare the contents of dihydrocharcone in Lithocarpus polystarch Rehd during different manufacture process,different gathering time,different storing time and different leaf years.The study may provide information for the utilization of the Lithocarpus polystarch.Method: The concentration of dihydrocharcone was determined by the HPLC method.Result: The dihydrocharcone content was the highest in August by gathering in different seasons.the content was 5.43%.In different store time,the content of the fresh leaves was highest,up to 5.38%.the dihydrocharcone content was lower when the raw material was stored longer and descended average 7.2% annually.The contents of fresh leaves were the highest while the biennial one the lowest.The contents of dihydrocharcone was almost unchanged during different manufacture process.Conclusion: Lithocarpus polystarch can be used as the resource which is rich in dihydrocharcone.
