摘  要:目的:探讨睿祺片对胎鼠大脑皮层神经元内线粒体活性的影响。方法:取妊娠16~17 d W istar大鼠的胚胎大脑皮层,培养4~5 d随机分为睿祺片组、空白对照组,应用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜测定胎鼠大脑皮层神经元原代培养在加入睿祺片水溶液后细胞内线粒体活性的变化。结果:该药可引起大脑皮层细胞内线粒体活性增强。空白组大脑皮层细胞内线粒体活性无明显影响。结论:睿祺片可增强神经细胞线粒体活性,这在防治某些神经退行性疾病(如早老性痴呆、血管性痴呆、及帕金森氏病等)中具有一定的应用前景。Objective: To explore the effect of Ruiqi tablet on mitochondrion activities in the cerebral cortex neurons of fetal mice.Method: The cerebral cortex of fetal Wistar rats after 16-17 gestation days were collected and randomized into Ruiqi tablet group and blank control group after 4-5 days′ culture.Laser scanning confocal microscope was adopted to determine the changes in the mitochondrion activities of the primary cultured cerebral cortex neurons of fetal rats after addition of Ruiqi tablet solution.Result: Ruiqi tablet can increase the mitochondrion activities of the cerebral cortex neurons.No significant change in the mitochondrion activities of the cerebral cortex neurons was found in the blank control group.Conclusion: Ruiqi tablet can increase the mitochondrion activities of the neurons and it has certain application prospects in treatment of some neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer′s disease,vascular dementia,Parkinson′s disease and so on.
