摘  要:对机械端面密封的密封环动力学过程进行分析,建立密封环的运动模型和数学模型,并利用Matlab编程对运动微分方程进行求解,分析弹簧刚度改变对端面接触式机械密封振动的影响。结果表明,随着弹簧刚度的增大,密封环轴向振动加剧,偏摆振动减弱,端面液膜压力和液膜力减小,接触力增大,泄漏量减小。The dynamic equation of contact type mechanical face seal was analyzed,its movement model and mathematical model were established.The movement differential equation was solved by the Matlab programming.The effect of spring stiffness on vibration performance of contact type mechanical seal of was analyzed.The results show that as the spring stiffness increases,axial vibration of the sealing ring is increased,partial vibration is weakened,liquid film pressure and force are reduced,contact force is increased,leakage is reduced.
