摘 要:三型行星齿轮泵有6个高压出油口和6个低压进油口,这些油口相对于中心齿轮、行星齿轮和内齿轮呈对称分布,从而消除普通齿轮泵径向液压力不平衡问题。由于行星齿轮泵得内部泄漏比较严重,为了准确地掌握行星齿轮泵内部的流场变化,采用计算流体动力学软件CosmosFlow对行星齿轮泵的模型进行内部流场仿真,分析径向间隙大小、端面间隙大小对流量泄漏的影响。结果表明,由于泵的进出口油的压差非常小,其内部端面和径向泄漏量均不大。The three planetary gear-type pumps have six high-pressure oil exit and six low-pressure oil inlet,these oil mouths are in symmetrical distribution to the oil center gear,planetary gears and internal gears,which eliminates the imbalance of radial fluid pressure of common gear pump.The planetary gear pump has a more serious internal leak,in order to analyze the internal flow field of planetary gear pump,computational fluid dynamics software CosmosFlow was used to simulate the internal flow field of planetary gear pump model,the effect of radial clearance size and end-gap size on end leakage and radial leakage was analyzed.The results show that the planetary gear pump has low end leakage and radial leakage for its oil pressure different between exit and inlet is little.
