摘　　要：目的:了解纳米银对昆明小鼠(KM小鼠)和犬肾细胞(MDCK)的毒性,评价纳米银的毒理学安全性,为研制安全的纳米银药物提供一定的实验依据。方法:依据我国卫生部颁布的《消毒技术规范》(第2002版)的实验规范进行。选用KM小鼠,通过小鼠经口毒性试验、多次皮肤刺激试验、多次阴道黏膜刺激试验及亚急性毒性试验,进行血常规、血清生化、血清银含量及脏器组织病理学检查等。结果:一般生理体征无异常,纳米银对小鼠生长状态无影响。试验组小鼠血常规、血清生化指标、脏器组织病理学检查均未发现明显异常,与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。纳米银对试验组小鼠的皮肤和阴道刺激未发现明显异常,与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,实验结果提示纳米银具有良好的毒理学安全性,对机体无明显的毒副作用,对皮肤和黏膜无刺激性作用。Objective To explore the toxic effects of nanosilver on KM mouse renal cells and MadinDarby canine kidney cells, and to provide experimental supports for producing safe drugs containing nanosilver by assessing the toxicological safety of nanosilver.Methods Our trial was performed according to Sterile Technical Specifications（2002 Edition） issued by China′ s Ministry of Health.Transoral toxic tests, multiple skin stimulation test, repeated vaginal mucous membrane irritation test, and subacute toxicity tests on KM mice were conducted in the mice, so were routine blood test, serum biochemical test, and histopathological examination.Serum silver levels were detected.Results General physiological signs were normal.No effect of nanosilver on the growth of mice was found.No marked abnormalities were found in blood test, serum biochemical markers, histopathological examination, multiple skin stimulation test, and repeated vaginal mucous membrane irritation test in the experimental group and no significant differences were seen as compared with the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusions Nanosilver has ideal toxicological safety, has no obvious toxic effect on the body and no irritating effect on the skin and mucous membrane.
