摘  要:为了快速测定ZM6中的钕,对四种钕的显色剂、五种酸介质进行了对比试验,发现在0.1mol·L-1HCl介质中偶氮氯膦mA与钕显色反应灵敏度高,选择性好,配合物最大吸收在670nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为9.81×104L·mol-1·cm-1,钕量在0~40μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。确定了测定镁合金中钕的最佳条件。采用本法与草酸盐重量法对8个试样进行了测定验证,结果满意。该方法快速、准确,适用于大批量镁合金中钕的测定,也可推广至镁合金中其他单一轻稀土元素的测定。Contrast tests, for four kinds of chromogenic agent and five kinds of acid media, were conducted for rapid determination of Nd content in ZM6. It was found that the chromogenic reaction for Nd with chlorophosphonazo mA in medium of 0.1 mol·L^-1 HCI was of good selectivity and high sensitivity. The maximum absorption of the complex is at 670 nm, the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 9.81×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1, and the Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-40 μg/25 mL for Nd. Therefore the best condition was found to determine Nd content in magnesium alloy. Comparing with oxalate gravimetric method by testing 8 samples, the result is satisfactory. The method is rapid and accurate in determination of Nd for large quantities of magnesium alloy. It can also be widely used in determination of other single light rare earth element in magnesium alloy.
