摘 要:研究了热处理工艺对新型高铬钢硬度和冲击性能的影响,并分析了含Nb新型高铬钢经过不同热处理后的组织。结果表明,Nb增加了合金碳化物的稳定性,在高铬钢加热奥氏体化过程中阻碍了碳化物的溶解。其最佳奥氏体化温度为1070~1100℃,比传统D2钢(Cr12Mo1V1)提高了约100℃。Nb细化了晶粒,改善了高铬钢的韧性。在降低少量硬度的情况下,冲击韧性提高了1倍。The effects of heat treatment process on the hardness and impact toughness of new high chromium steel were studied in this paper, and its microstructure was analyzed as well. The experimental results show that niobium enhances the stability of alloy carbide, and delays dissolution of carbide in high chromium steel during its austenitizing. The best austenitizing temperature of the test steel is 1 070-1 100 ℃, which is increased by 100 ℃ compared with that of common D2 steel (Cr12Mo1V1) . The results also show that niobium can refine the crystal grain, and enhance the impact toughness of high chromium steel to two times higher than D2 steel with only a little hardness decrease.
