从利益均衡的角度看股市国际板的推进

摘　　要：国外国际板发展历史昭示,股市国际板的设立不可能一蹴而就。股市国际板的开设,必须建立在兼顾中外双方利益的基础之上。应分三步设立股市国际板,一是外企在国际板上市交易,二是已在国际板上市的外企发行人民币A股股票,三是全面放开外企在国际板市场的发行和上市。The history of foreign international board development indicates that the establishment of an international board can not be done overnight.The international board of stock market must be based on the interests of both Chinese and foreign parties.The paper suggests that the establishment of the international board should follow three steps：first,foreign companies trade in the international board;second,the foreign companies which have gone public in the international board issue A shares of RMB;third,the international board market are fully opened to the listing of foreign companies.
