摘　　要：建立RP—HPLC法测定噻唑磷含量的方法，采用色谱柱：岛津Shim—pack Vp—ODS（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：MeOH：H2O=85：15，流速0．8ml·min^-1，柱温30℃，检测波长254nm．对照品进样量在0．8～4mg·L^-1时，线性关系良好（r=0．9997，n=5），噻唑磷原药的回收率为97．7％-101．8％，RSD为2．4％．本方法稳定，重现性好，操作简单，是检测噻唑磷含量的理想方法．We established a RP - HPLC method for determining the content of fosthiazate. The column was Shim - pack Vp - ODS （ 150 mm4.6mm ,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water solution （85： 15） and the flow rate was 0.8 ml ·min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 254 nm and the temperature of column was 30 ℃. The calibration curve of fosthiazate was linear over the range of 0.8 - 4mg · L^- 1 （ r = 0. 9997, n = 5 ）. The recoveries were from 97.7% - 101.8% and relative standard deviations RSD =2.4%. The method is stable, quick and accuratel. It is a good method to determine fosthiazate.
