摘　　要：人类生活方式发生的巨大变化，对城市广场的设计提出了新的要求。以剖析现代城市广场的多元功能组合为切入点，通过实例指出现代城市广场必须通过对公众个体多元需求的满足来实现其整体性目的的设计趋势。The design of urban square faces new requirements because of the change of life style.This paper takes the change of urban square and its elements as subject matter with the aim to interpret the tendency of its moving by analyzing a project. The paper establishes the concept of `design with plural requirements as a whole' in urban public square design.
