壮族正常人APDI、ODI值的测量与研究

摘　　要：通过对６２例恒牙期壮族正常人的Ｘ线头影测量，得出其ＡＰＤＩ、ＯＤＩ的正常值与标准差，并与国内、国外的相关资料进行了分析、比较，阐述了ＡＰＤＩ、ＯＤＩ值在临床诊断与治疗中的作用与意义。本研究旨在帮助临床判断上下颌骨间的前后向位置关系及垂直向位置关系，确定其骨面型及其在错畸形诊断与治疗中的作用，完善我国各地、各民族的头测资料，为临床。cases of the Zhuangs normal occlusion in permanent dentition have been given a cephalomatric X-ray examination, the value of APDI was 81 55±3 76 and the ODI 74 84±3 66 The results indicated the presence of different ODI value between the Zhuangs and the majority Hans The results suggested the difference was related with the palative surface inclining downward and forward, low mandibular plane angle(FMA 26±3 41), shortage in the low facial height (ANS-Me 65 5±1 55mm) and the considerable high incidence of deep overbite and overjet Meanwhile, The article explained elabrately the effect and significance of the value of APDI and ODI in the clinic diagnosis and treatment
