对铁道行业标准《铁路信号点灯单元》中关键电气指标的分析

摘　　要：TB/T3202—2008《铁路信号点灯单元》规定了DDX系列铁路信号点灯单元试验。灯丝转换继电器工作值是点灯单元的重要参数之一,检验中发现,TB/T3202—2008和TB/T2657—1995《JZSJC型交流灯丝转换继电器》对该值的测试方法不一致,会使测试结果不同。同时,从应用与检验角度,分析了TB/T3202—2008中点灯单元器件的温升、点灯继电器无故障转换与使用寿命等技术指标。TB/T 3202—2008 ＂Railway Signal Lighting Unit＂stipulates the experiment of DDX series railway signal lighting unit.The filament switch-relay working values is one of the important parameters of lighting unit.In the inspection,it is found that the testing methods listed in TB/T 3202—2008 and TB/T 2657—1995 ＂JZSJC AC Filament Switch Relay＂ are not the same,and this may possibly result in test result diversity.Meanwhile,from the aspects of application and inspection,the authors analyze other technical indicators on the parts of lighting unit in TB/T 3202—2008 including temperature rise,faultless switch of lighting unit relay,service life,and etc.
