摘　　要：目的:对我院3年来中药注射剂使用情况进行用药分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用我院HIS系统提供的2007～2009年3年间中药注射剂用药的有关数据,利用Excel对用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均用药金额(DDC)等进行统计分析;统计中药注射剂不良反应上报例数。结果:中药注射剂3年的用药金额,年增长率分别为37.10%,-2.67%,10.82%,分别占全年总药品金额的14.84%、13.24%、11.94%。其中参芪扶正注射液单品种用药金额、DDDs3年中都为最大,康莱特注射剂DDC3年中都是最高的;药品不良反应上报从3例增加到22例。结论:中药注射剂用药金额虽有增长,但落后于总药品金额的增长。临床使用中应严格辨证施治,合理用药,增加其疗效,降低不良反应。OBJECTIVE：To analyze the utilization of traditional Chinese injections in our hospital in recent 3 years so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use.METHODS：The utilization data of traditional Chinese medicine injections from 2007 to 2009 in our hospital retrieved from HIS system were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC by using Excel software.Meanwhile,the number of traditional Chinese injection induced ADR cases was counted.RESULTS：The consumption sum of traditional Chinese medicine injections in recent 3 years witnessedannual incremental rates of 37.10%,-2.67% and 10.82%,respectively and occupied 14.84%,13.24% and 11.94%,respectively.Shenqi Fuzheng injections took the lead in both consumption sum and DDDs over the 3 years,and Kanglaite injection took the lead in DDC over the 3 years.The number of ADR cases submitted increased from 3 to 22 cases over the 3 years.CONCLUSION：The consumption sum of traditional Chinese injection had a slower increase than did the total drug consumption sum.It should be emphasized todetermine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs and use drugs rationally in an attempt to enhance curative effect while reducing incidences of adverse drug effects.
