摘 要:目的:了解使用抗生素发生的不良反应,促进临床合理使用抗生素。方法:对汕大附属第一院及汕大附属肿瘤医院2009年收集的160例抗生素不良反应报告进行分析。结果:静脉注射给药引发的不良反应(ADR)发生率高达84.38%。头孢菌素类抗菌药物不良反应的发生率最高59.37%,其次为氨基糖苷类发生率高达20.00%。首次用药时不良反应发生率为82.50%。药物不良反应以皮肤系统损害居首位(44.38%),其次为过敏性休克(17.50%)。结论:为减少不良反应的发生,应强化使用抗生素过程的监测,并采取防治的对策。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by antibiotics in order to promote clinical rational use of antibiotics.METHODS:A total of 160 antibiotics-induced ADR cases collected in 2009 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:Of the 160 ADR cases,84.38% were induced intravenously;cephalosporins took the lead in the incidence of ADRs(59.37%),followed by Aminoglycosides(20.00%);the incidence of ADRs was 82.50% for those patients who received antibiotics for the first time.In terms of clinical manifestations,lesions of skin system dominated the first place(44.38%),followed by anaphylactic shock(17.50%).CONCLUSION:To reduce the incidence of antibiotics-induced ADRs,efforts should be put to the monitoring on the use of antibiotics meanwhile taking preventive and curative countermeasures.
