5-氟尿嘧啶静脉滴注引起静脉炎22例报告

摘　　要：仔细观察２２例由５－氟尿嘧啶引起的静脉炎，所有患者都用５－氟尿嘧啶每天连续滴注数小时或持续滴注数天。化学性静脉炎常沿注射部位近端出现。长时间静脉用５－氟尿嘧啶者的静脉炎常较重，提示静脉炎的程度与５－氟尿嘧啶接触的时间有关。Twenty two patients with chemical phlebitis caused by 5 fluorouracil were observed carefully.All patients with phlebitis had treated by 5 fluorouracil iv slowly for several hours daily or iv continuously for 4～5 days.Chemical phlebitis always present along vein proximal to the site of injection.Some patient iv drip 5 fluorouracil for long time had severe phlebitis.The result indicated that severity of phlebitis is related to duration of 5 fluorouracil contact to vein.
