摘 要:为了解内洋地黄素在健康新生儿体内的水平,对45名正常新生儿的81份血清标本用免疫法(AbbotTDxⅡ)进行检测。其中86.27%的标本>0.2ng/ml,平均浓度为(0.48±0.29)ng/ml,最高值为1.08ng/ml。经多元回归分析,发现血清内洋地黄素(Y)与日龄(A)及出生体重(B)呈明显负相关,二者的偏回归系数分别为-0.63和-0.51。得出回归方程Y=1.46-0.03A-0.25B(R=-0.81)。建议在新生儿期,尤其是第1周,低出生体重的新生儿,在进行地高辛血药浓度监测时,应尽量采用非免疫方法,并对结果作更全面的评价。To determine the serum endodigin level of healthy neonates, digoxin immunoassay (Abbott Tdx Ⅱ) was used to measure 81 samples of 45 healthy newborns. The serum endodigin levels were over 0 2 ng/ml in the samples of 86 27 % with the mean concentration and maximum being (0 48±0 29) ng/ml and 1 08 ng/ml respectively. Multivariate regression analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between age (A) , birthweight (B) and endodigin levels (Y) , with the partial correlation coefficients of them being -0 63 and -0 51 respectively. The regression equation Y =1 46-0 03 A -0 25 B ( R =-0 81) was obtained. It was suggested that non immunoassay methods should be used to determine the serum digoxin levels of neonates, especially for those who were younger than 7 days and had low birthweight and that the results of drug monitoring should be completely evaluated.
