三甲医院临床护士信息素质现状的调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三甲医院临床护士信息素质的现状,提出信息素质教育的重点及方向,为相关措施的制定提供依据。方法随机抽取我院在职临床护士316人,采用自行设计的调查表进行调查分析。结果三甲医院临床护士在信息认知的相关观点中,除对临床经验与文献信息可靠性比较外,其他方面的认知性较高(均占93%以上);而信息行为践行少,信息能力有限,但信息道德素质普遍较高。结论临床护士树立了正确的信息价值观和信息道德观,但信息意识仍然浅薄,信息能力素质有待提高。Objective To investigate the status quo of information literacy in clinical nurses and the emphasis aspect of information literacy education and to provide the basis for the measures＇ formulate.Methods 315 clinical nurses in our hospital were enrolled.Investigation was performed with questionnaire anonymously.Results There were more than 93% of the clinical nurses agree with the questions＇ viewpoint about general information literacy.Their information action and information ability literacy were poor,but information morality were good.Conclusion The clinical nurses＇ information value literacy and information morality literacy were good but their information consciousness literacy were poor,information ability literacy was further to be improved.
