锝(^(99)Tc)亚甲基二磷酸盐治疗类风湿关节炎的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨云克[锝(99Tc)亚甲基二磷酸盐]治疗类风湿关节炎有效的护理配合方法。方法对15例类风湿关节炎患者进行用药前后的护理,包括心理护理、用药观察、生活指导、功能锻炼指导等。结果 15例患者均能很好地配合治疗,14例患者在接受云克治疗后关节症状均有不同程度的改善,显效5例(33.33%),有效9例(60.00%),无效1例(6.66%)。结论云克作为一种新药治疗类风湿关节炎疗效确切、安全,用药前后全面细致的护理是患者安全用药取得最佳疗效的保证。Objective To explore effective nursing care method of Rheumatoid arthritis（RA）treated with 99Tc-methylene diphosphonate（^99Tc-MDP）.Methods Nursing care was implemented to 15 patients with RA before and after ^99Tc-MDP treatment,including psychology nursing,cure observation,activity guidance and function exercise guidance.Results Totally 15 patients with RA could commendably coordinate with treatment and clinical features of 14 cases were improved in varying degrees.Integrated evaluation showed 5 cases（33.33%）of obvious effective,9 cases（60.00%）of effective,and 1 case（6.66%）of ineffective.Conclusion As a new kind of medicine,^99Tc-MDP is favorable exact and safe in the treatment of RA.Comprehensive and meticulous nursing care before and after the treatment is the guarantee of safety treatment and optimal therapeutic effects obtaining for patients.
