大学生成就动机与主观幸福感的关系研究

摘　　要：目的初步探讨大学生成就动机与主观幸福感之间的关系。方法采取分层随机取样的方式,从北京2所综合性大学中抽取4个年级共353名本科生。采用成就动机量表和主观幸福感量表进行测量。结果 1成就动机各维度与主观幸福感指数呈显著的相关关系(r=0.386,P<0.05);2低追求成功/低避免失败组主观幸福感的得分显著高于低追求成功/高避免失败组和高追求成功/高避免失败组(P=0.000,P=0.023);高追求成功/低避免失败组主观幸福感的得分显著高于低追求成功/高避免失败组和高追求成功/高避免失败组(P=0.000,P=0.000);3避免失败的动机对主观幸福感有较好的预测作用(B=-0.477,P=0.000)。结论大学生的成就动机与主观幸福感存在显著的相关关系,避免失败的动机对主观幸福感有较好的预测作用。Objective To explore the relationship between college students＇ achievement motivation and subjective well-being.Methods By stratified random sampling,we recruited 353 college students from two comprehensive universities in Beijing for the present study.The subjects responded to the Achievement Motivation Scale and the Subjective Well-Being Scale.Results ①Significant correlations were found between various dimensions of achievement motivation and subjective well-being（r=0.386,P〈0.05）.②The group of low success motivation /low motivation to avoid failure had significantly higher subjective well-being scores than the group of low success motivation/high motivation to avoid failure,and also acquired higher scores than the group of high success motivation /high motivation to avoid failure （P=0.000,P=0.023）.In addition,the group of high success motivation /low motivation to avoid failure both had significantly higher subjective well-being scores than the group of low success motivation/high motivation to avoid failure as well as the group of high success motivation /high motivation to avoid failure （P=0.000,P=0.000）.③Motivation to avoid failure had a good prediction for subjective well-being （B=-0.477,P=0.000）.Conclusion There is a significant correlation between college students＇ achievement motivation and subjective well-being,and motivation to avoid failure has a good prediction for subjective well-being.
