摘　　要：高等院校社会主义法治理念教育,是我国社会主义法治理念教育的重要组成部分,必须大力加强高等院校的社会主义法治理念教育。思想政治教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,因此,讨论思想政治教育的主体性,也应该包括教师的主体性和学生的主体性两方面。本文重点探讨我国高等院校开展社会主义法治理念教育主体中,辅导员和任课教师在高等院校开展社会主义法治理念教育中的特征。As an important part of socialist rule-of-law concept education in China, socialist rule-of-law concept education in institutions of higher learning should be greatly strengthened. Ideological and political education is an important part of higher education. Therefore, when we discuss subjects of ideological and political education, we should include both staff and students. This article mainly discusses features of such subjects as instructors and staff members in charge of a class in socialist rule-of-law concept education being carried out in institutions of higher learning.
