摘  要:目的主要观察猴失神经手指感觉神经植入后,Merkel细胞轴突复合体的溃变与再生情况。方法采用猴手失神经模型,神经植入后在第1,3,5,8,12个月分别取材进行电镜观察。结果(1)感觉神经的植人能延迟Merkel细胞溃变的发生;(2)感觉神经的植入使Merkel细胞可以完全再生:(3)再生过程是:神经植入5个月,Merkel细胞周围出现游离神经末梢,8个月时大部分Merkel细胞获得神经支配,1年时与正常组比较已没有差别;(4)二者的结合可能是神经趋化性作用。结论猴手指无毛皮肤的Merkel细胞轴突复合体在神经植人的情况下可以获得再生。Objective To observe the degeneration and regeneration of Merkel eell-axoncompounds after the denervative skin implanted witll sensory nerve in monkeys' fingers.Methods The monkeys with denervated fingers were used as animal models. After theimplantation the speimens were collected alld then observed by one month. three month, fivemonth, eight month and one year. Results 1. The implantation of sensory nerve coulddecelerate the degeneration of Merkel cells. 2. Under the situation of implantation of sensorynerve, the Merkel cell-axon compounds were able to regrllerate completely. 3. The process ofregeneration was that the regenerating axon appeared in the surroundingS of Merkel cells atfifth month. Most of Merkel cells had obtained the innervation of nerve at eighth month. Andthere was no discrepancy between tile normal gfoup and the implantation group after oneyear. 4. The connection between Merkel cells and free nerve endings was influenced byneurotropism. Conclusion The epithelial cell-axon compoullds of the monkey's glabrous skinof the finders can be innervated by means of the sensory nerve implantation.
