摘　　要：随着电信网络业务的迅速增长,网络规模的不断扩大,面对复杂的网络环境,需要在异构网络中实现跨平台通信。而Web Service是一种构建应用程序的普遍模型,可以在任何支持网络通信的操作系统中实施运行。该文分析了基于Web Service的综合网管系统的数据采集与通信协议转换,介绍了其具体的设计与实现方法。As the telecommunication network developing fast,and the network＇s scale becoming more and more lager,it is necessary to realize communication across flats in different communication networks.For Web Service is a common model to make up application program,it can run at any operate systems that support network communication.Based on Web Service,this paper analyzes the collection of data and transition of communication protocol,meanwhile introduces the method of design and realization.
