摘　　要：通过对地理信息系统（GIS）结构和组成进行分析,针对当前市场上房产权属登记管理平台数据不直观、测绘数据利用不充分等不足,介绍了基于WebSeEvice的分布式互操作的GIS的特点,提出基于GIS技术的房产权属登记系统解决方案,在对现有房产系统进行了详细分析后,研究并明确了房产GIS系统的技术方案设计、功能设计和数据库设计。最后总结了该系统跟传统房产权属登记相比的优越性。According to the constitution and function of GIS,In view of insufficiencies of the real estate registration platform in current market such as data was not direct-viewing,the survey data was not sufficient used,Inthispaper,the authors introduce a webservice based Distributed GIS.This paper provided solution which was based on the GIS technology for a real estate registration platform,and takes the GIS Platform of realty information management system as an example to study on the system design,development and implementation.At last,summarized this system＇s sophistication compares with the traditional real estate system.
