云南省高等教育经费支出探析

摘　　要：通过分析云南省2000～2008年这9年的支出结构,本文发现当前高等教育经费支出结构不够合理,一些非教学性支出的增长速度超过普通高校在校生的增长速度,导致高等教育经费使用效率低下。其原因是规章制度不够健全,对高等教育经费支出的监管力度不够,高校行政化的程度比较深。By anlyzing the expenditure for higher education from 2000 to 2008 in Yunnan Province,this paper finds that the existing structure of expenditures is unreasonable. The increasing rate of expenditure on non-teaching items is much higher than that for the current student,resulting in low efficiency in higher education fees. The shortage of supervision of expenditures,an imperfect system and the administration in universities is responsible for the problem.
