姬松茸水溶性粗多糖对小鼠镉中毒治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨姬松茸水溶性粗多糖对镉中毒小鼠治疗作用。方法:将40只SPF级雄性健康小白鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、多糖治疗组。造模5周后,多糖治疗组用300 mg/kg.d多糖治疗20d。结果:与对照组比较,模型组小鼠肝脏指数、肾脏指数、ALT、AST、MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05),TP、GSH、GSH-Px含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,多糖治疗组小鼠的肝脏指数、肾脏指数、ALT、AST和MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),TP、GSH、GSH-Px含量显著升高(P<0.05)。表明灌胃姬松茸水溶性粗多糖溶液对小鼠镉中毒有一定的治疗作用。Objective： The therapeutical effect of hydrophilic polysaccharides from Agaricus Blazei Murrill on mice with cadmium poisoning was evaluated.Methods： 40 SPF grade male healthy mice were randomly divided into the control group,the model group and polysaccharides therapeutical group.After five weeks,polysaccharides therapeutical group was given polysaccharides at 300 mg/kg·d for 20 days.Results： Compared with the control group,the indexes of liver and kidney,the activities of ALT,AST and MDA in the model group were significantly increased（P0.05）,and the contents of TP,GSH and GSH-Px in the model group mice were significantly decreased（P0.05）.Compared with the model group,the indexes of liver and kidney,the activities of ALT,AST and MDA in the polysaccharides therapeutical group were significantly decreased（P0.05）,and the contents of TP,GSH and GSH-Px were significantly increased（P0.05）.Conclusion： These results indicated that hydrophilic polysaccharides from Agaricus Blazei had significantly therapeutical effects on mice with cadmium poisoning.
