不同炮制方法对白头翁多糖含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:建立白头翁多糖含量的测定方法,对白头翁不同炮制品中多糖含量的差异进行初步研究。方法:将白头翁经不同方法炮制后,用苯酚-硫酸法检测多糖含量,检测波长为488 nm。结果:白头翁不同炮制品中多糖含量在0.25%～1.14%。结论:白头翁不同炮制品中多糖含量有差异。Objective： To establish a method to determine the contents of polysaccharides from Pulsatilla chinensis（Bge.） Regel,then compare the polysaccharides contents in Pulsatilla chinensis（Bge.） Regel of different processing products.Methods： Sulfuric acid-phenol coloration was applied to analysis polysaccharides contents.The detective wavelength was 488 nm.Results： In different processing products of Pulsatilla chinensis（Bge.） Regel,the polysaccharides contents was within 0.25%～1.14%.Conclusion： The poylsaccharides contents in Pulsatilla chinensis（Bge.） Regel of different processing products have obvious difference.
