绞股蓝对雏鸡免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：探讨绞股蓝对雏鸡免疫功能的影响。以14日龄雏鸡为研究对象,通过饲喂含不同剂量的绞股蓝饲料,在不同时间段检测雏鸡免疫器官指数、外周血溶血素含量以及新城疫疫苗免疫后HI抗体效价。结果表明,中(1%)、低剂量(0.5%)绞股蓝能显著增强雏鸡免疫功能(P<0.05);高剂量绞股蓝(2%)对雏鸡免疫功能有一定的抑制作用。To investigate the effects of Gynostemma pentaphyllum（Thunb） Makino on the immune function of chickens,fourteen-day-old chickens were fed with different dosage of Gynostemma pentaphyllum for 35 days.Then the following parameters,such as indexes of immune organs,lysin contents in peripheral blood and NDV HI titer after vaccination at different time points,were detected.The results showed that Gynostemma pentaphyllum（Thunb） Makino can significantly enhance the immune function in middle（1%） and low dosage（0.5%） groups,but high dose（2%） may inhibit the immune function in chickens.
