摘 要:目的:研究党参总皂苷(TSC)抗氧化作用。方法:将50只昆明系小鼠随机分为5组,即空白对照组、辐射模型组、3个不同剂量(100、200、400 mg/kg)党参总皂苷给药组。除对照组外,其余各组采用15Gy60Coγ射线一次性全身均匀照射。辐射后,各剂量组每天灌胃给予不同剂量TSC 0.2 mL;辐射模型组和空白对照组每天灌胃给予生理盐水0.2 mL。连续灌胃2周后,将小鼠处死,测定心脏、肝脏组织匀浆和血清MDA含量、SOD活性和GSH-Px活性。结果:与对照组比,模型组MDA含量极显著增高(P<0.01),SOD和GSH-Px活性极显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比,TSC各剂量组MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),SOD和GSH-Px活性显著提高(P<0.05),且以TSC高剂量组的效果最佳。结论:TSC具有明显的抗氧化作用。Objective: To study the antioxidant effect of total saponins from Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.) Nannf.(TSC) in mice.Methods: Fifty mice were randomly divided into control group,model group and three TSC supplementation groups(100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg).All mice were irradiated by 15Gy 60Co γ-rays once except control group.Then three TSC supplementation groups were supplied with 0.2 mL different doses of TSC by intragastric administration daily,Model and control group were given 0.2 mL normal saline everyday.Five mice of each group were euthanatized after two weeks.The activities of SOD,GSH-Px and the contents of MDA in heart,liver and serum were determined.Results: Compared with control group,the contents of MDA were significantly higher(P0.01)and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly lower(P0.01) in model group.Compared with model group,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased(P0.05) and the contents of MDA were significantly decreased(P0.05) in three TSC supplementation groups,especially the high TSC dose group.Conclusion: TSC can significantly increase the antioxidant ability in mice.
