摘  要:目的:观察黄芩不同炮制品抗炎镇痛作用。方法:致痛用化学刺激法,抗炎用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法和醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加法。结果:不同炮制品镇痛抗炎作用强弱顺序:酒黄芩>生黄芩>黄芩碳。Objective: To study the anti-inflammation abirritation effects of different prepared materials of Scutellaria baicalensis Georsi,including raw Scutellaria,stir-bake with wine ones and roasted ones.Methods: Abirritation effects of different prepared materials of Scutellaria baicalensis Georsi were studied in mice by chemical stimulation method.The effects of different prepared Scutellaria baicalensis Georsi on mice celiac capillary vessel permeability and auricle tumefaction induced by xylene were also investigated.Results: Scutellaria baicalensis Georsi stir-bake with wine showed high anti-inflammation abirritation effects,sequently raw ones and roasted ones.
