摘　　要：航空刑法问题的研究是中国航空法学研究领域起步较早、成果较多、逐步增长的研究方向之一。研究内容上呈现出对国际航空犯罪的研究多于对国内航空犯罪的研究、积极关注和跟踪国内外重大航空事件和现实问题、不同学科间知识交融有所实现的特点。但在研究方法、研究视野、国内航空刑法问题等方面依然存在单一、狭小和薄弱的不足,一定程度上影响了航空刑事立法的完善。The study of aviation criminal law is one of the fields in Chinese science of air law studying,which,having started quite early,has the characteristic of accumulating increasingly more research fruit year on year.Besides,there is more research on international aviation crimes than research on domestic aviation crimes.It has vigorously followed important air incidents and events and practical problems at home and abroad.It has also mingled different branches of the aviation law science.But there is some weakness in research method and research view,and especially,there is not enough research on domestic air criminal law,which has already affected the perfection of air criminal legislation.
