摘　　要：企业再造是 90年代管理学术界研究的热点课题 .为使企业再造的应用实施由直觉方式走向方法论方式 ,一个重点需要解决的问题便是企业再造的计算机支持环境问题 .为此将从分析企业再造计算机支持环境的需求特点入手 ,在构建其概念模型的基础上 ,基于一般信息技术、计算机支持协同工作及多智能体系统 ,分别提出了3种不同层次的企业再造计算机支持环境结构框架 .Business process reengineering (BPR) is one of the public topics in the field of management around the world. BPR procedure can be guided by intuition or by methodology. In order to change BPR procedure from guiding by intuition to guiding by methodology, an important problem to be solved is computer supported environment for BPR. This paper starts from analysis of the requirements of computer supported environment for BPR. Then, on the basis of building its conceptual model, three kinds of frameworks of computer supported environment for BPR at different levels are suggested. They are general IT-based, CSCW-based and MAS-based computer supported environment for BPR.
