摘　　要：不再要求挂车进行二级维护强制保养和综合性能检测、调整挂车保险、调整通行费征收办法、制定车辆装备相关技术标准等，伴随着这些措施的出台，甩挂运输这一在发达国家常见的先进运输方式，在我国经历了十几年的倡导和呼吁后，有望取得实质性进展。同时，这些措施的推出也将对未来我国重型牵引车与挂车行业产生直接影响。Recently, 5 concerning departments jointly issued the ' Noticeon Acceleration of Developing Drop and Pull Transport'. This document abolishes many items and contents that have been thought to be hurdles for the development of Drop and Pull Transport business, such as insurance adjustment for trailers, modification of measures and regulation on Toll management, establishing the technology standard and index for vehicles mountings and facilities, etc.
