腹水浓缩腹腔回输治疗41例肝硬化难治性腹水疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察自体腹水浓缩回输腹腔治疗肝硬化难治性腹水的临床疗效。方法我院41例肝硬化患者经常规内科治疗无效的难治性腹水，在继续治疗上加用腹水浓缩回输治疗腹水，观察回输前后血浆电解质及白蛋白的改变情况，比较治疗前后腹围及体重的变化。结果治疗后患者电解质变化没有差异性，P〉0.05；白蛋白显著提高，P〈0. 05；腹胀缩小、体重减轻，P〈0．05。结论腹水浓缩回输治疗肝硬化难治性腹水效果满意，可有效改善病情，提高生活质量。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of reinfusion of ascites fluid concentrate for refractory ascites of cirrhosis.Methods： Then,it was not good efficacy when 41 cases of refractory ascites of cirrhosis in our hospital received medical therapy.Then,They was gave reinfusion of ascites fluid concentrate in base of medical therapy.To observe the change of electrolytes and albumin in plasma, abdominal Circumference and body weight before and after reinfusion of ascites fluid concentrate.Results：After treatment, there was not difference about electrolyte in plasma,P〉0.05.There was significantly difference about albumin,P〈0.05. Abdominal circumference reduced. Body weight was loss. There was signifi- cantly difference,P〈0.05.Conclusion..Reinfusion of ascites fluid concentrate had good efficacy for refractory ascites of cirrhosis.it can effectively improve the patient＇ s condition and quality of life.
