摘　　要：介绍一起小型空压机组提供的仪表空气水分超标故障,分析后认为主要原因是分子筛失效,更换新分子筛后故障排除。同时提出为避免同类故障的再次发生,在平时操作中需注意的事项。Here, a fault of moisture exceedance of instrument air supplied by small-sized air compressor set is briefed. The analysis shows that the main cause is the failure of molecular sieve and the fault is eliminated through replacement of new molecular sieve. In order to avoid occurrence of similar fault, some measures are proposed.
