摘　　要：介绍KDON-18000/18000型空分设备配套空压机在用水冲洗叶轮时发生的三级出口波纹膨胀节被拉伸损坏的经过,分析了波纹膨胀节被拉伸损坏的原因以及对空压机三级叶轮轴振动造成的影响,叙述了临时处理措施和停机后的处理方法,并总结经验教训。The course of tension and damage of three-stage outlet corrugated expansion joint occurred at water flushing of the impeller of air compressor necessary for Model KDON-18000/18000 air separation plant is introduced, the cause for the said damage and its impact on shaft vibration of three-stage impeller of air compressor are detailed, temporary treating measures and the after-shutdown treating methods are described, and the experiences and lessons are summarized.
