摘　　要：介绍KDON-33600/27500型双泵内压缩流程空分设备在高压液空节流阀、液氧泵密封气和加温气流程以及膨胀机喷嘴加热器控制程序方面存在的设计缺陷,分析了这些缺陷对空分设备安全、稳定运行的影响以及采取的整改措施。The design defects in high-pressure liquefied air throttle valve, flow process of sealing gas and warming gas of liquefied oxygen pump, and the control program of expander nozzle heater in Model KDON- 33600/27500 dual-pump internal compression process air separation plant are indicated, the impact of these defects on safe and stable operation of air separation plant is analyzed and the required corrective measures are proposed.
