摘  要:研究以苯基荧光酮为显色体系,测定钢样中的钛(Ⅳ)。实验结果表明,在酸性介质中钛(Ⅳ)的最大吸收波长为535nm,含量在0~10μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε535=1.1×10^5L/mol/cm,钢样的人工合成样中钛(Ⅳ)的平均回收率为101.4%,其相对标准偏差为2.10%。采用抗坏血酸和硫脲作为联合掩蔽剂消除干扰离子的影响,应用本方法测定38#和45#钢样中的钛(Ⅳ)。测定结果表明45#和38#钢样中钛(Ⅳ)的含量分别为0.0475%和0.0599%,它们的加标平均回收率分别为99.6%和100.3%。相对标准偏差分别为2.70%、2.56%。本方法选择性及准确性好,灵敏唐高简便易行.Ti(IV) in steel was determined by spectrophotometry using Benzfluorenone as coloration system in this article. The results indicated that in acid medium the maximum adsorption wavelength was 535nm. The ap- parent molar adsorption coefficient was 1.1 ×10^5L/mol/cm and following Beer's law when the linear range was 0-10μg/25mL. The average recovery rate of Ti(IV) in synthetic steel sample was 101.4%, and the relative stan- dard deviation was 2.10%. Ascorbic acid and sulfourea solution were used as masking reagents to eliminate the effect of interference during the course of determination. The Ti(IV) in 38# steel 45# and steel were determined by this method. The containment of Ti(IV) were 0.0475% and 0.0599%.The average recovery rate were 99.6% and 100.3%.The relative standard deviation were 2.70% and 2.56%. This method is accurate, selective, sensitive and simple.
