微波治疗黎氏区出血的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对比微波与传统填塞法治疗济黎氏区出血的效果。方法:将68例黎氏区出血患者分为2组,分别采用微波、填塞治疗,观察术后出血等指标。结果:微波治疗黎氏区出血效果明显优于填塞法。Objective ：To study the difference and quality of two different kind of treatment method for epistaxis of Little＇s area,microwave and anterior packing of nasal cavity. Method：The cases were divided into two group,the state of bleeding,reaction of post - treatment and recurrence were recorded and analysed. Result：Comparing with the two different method, the microwave is characteristic by thorough stop - bleeding,ligh reaction,less recurrence. Conclusion： Microwave is obviously better than the anterior packing of cavity.
