摘　　要：目的:探讨120医疗急救移动报警定位系统在急救中的作用。方法:对采用120医疗急救移动报警定位系统前(2008年1～12月)、后(2009年1～12月)我市120急诊救治急危重症情况进行回顾性分析,就救治总数、救治成功率、从发出求救信号到到达急救现场的时间等方面进行对比。结果:2009年1～12月采用采用120医疗急救移动报警定位系统期间院内反应时间、出车到达现场的时间、从发出求救信号到到达现场的时间明显短于2008年1～12月,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2009年1～12月救治急危重症总人数、救治成功率等均较2008年1～12月明显提高,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:120医疗急救移动报警定位系统减少单位报警时间,节省急救资源的使用和宝贵的时间,提高了救治的总人数及成功率。Objective ：To explore the 120 mobile medical emergency alarm location system＇s role in emergency. Methods： 120 medical emergency motion alarm with GPS before （1 December 2008） and after （I December 2009） the city of 120 Emergency Department Intensive retrospective analysis of the situation, the total treatment,treatment success rate, sent a distress signal from the first aid to reach the scene of the time and so were compared. Results： 1 December 2009,120 medical emergencies by using GPS mobile alarm reaction time during the hospital,out of the bus arrived at the scene of the time, sent a distress signal to arrive from the scene of the time was shorter in 2008 to 12 months reduced, both statistically significant difference compared （P 〈 0.05 ）. 1 December 2009 Intensive treatment of the total number, the success rate of treatment compared with 1 in December 2008 significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The 120 emergency medical mobile unit alarm alarm location system to reduce time,save the use of emergency resources and valuable time and increase the total number of treatment and success rate.
