摘　　要：概要介绍了城市综合防灾示范研究课题的主要成果。通过对试点城市———唐山市综合防灾示范研究，探讨了地震触发水患、岩溶塌陷和采空区塌陷等有关问题，提出了城市地质灾害的综合评价方法；在对房屋和生命线系统的抗灾能力和薄弱环节分析的基础上，探讨了城市抗御连发灾害和次生灾害的能力；并对单级、多级和多目标决策分析在防灾减灾工程中的应用进行了研究，给出了城市不同灾害作用设防标准的协调；研制了城市综合防灾计算机信息系统，该系统既是城市综合防灾研究的信息、知识决策的成果，同时也为我国城市工程建设管理现代化迈出了坚实的一步。In this paper,main outcomes of the Demonstration research on comprehensive disaster prevention for cities are introduced:Several problems related to flood,karst cave in and obsolete coal mine cave in caused by earthquake are discussed and the protection zoning maps against various disasters provided;On the basis of the analysis of anti disaster capability and weak links of buildings and lifeline systems,the capability of cities against the successive disaster are approached;Multi stage decision making for one objective and multiple objective decision making related to the application in disaster prevention problems are studied;The coordinations among the prevention planning levels against various disasters are given;A computer information system for comprehensive disaster prevention of cities is developed,which not only comprises the outcomes of comprehensive disaster prevention researches,especially in aspects of information and knowledge decision making,but also starts a first firm step on the way to modernization management of engineering construction in cities
