摘　　要：介绍了烷基糖苷类非离子表面活性剂的国内外发展现状、合成反应机理及其制备工艺方法,并对烷基糖苷类产品在各工业领域中的应用进行了阐述。The development situation of nonionic surfactant alkyl polyglycoside was introduced,including mechanism of synthetic reaction,preparation methods,and elaborate application of the products of alkyl polyglycoside in the field of industry.
