摘　　要：本文通过对我国《妇女权益保障法》中评价资源的分析,研究立法者对妇女权益保障工作的态度,认为立法者的姿态是积极的,然而其保障力度还有待加强。态度是语言主观意义中的基本类型之一。Through an analysis of the appraisal resources employed in the Law on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Women of the People’s Republic of China,this paper focuses on the attitude of the lawmaker towards the protection. The result of the research shows that the lawmaker’s stance is very positive,whereas the protection force still needs improving.
