摘　　要：目的 观察理肠汤口服与溃疡灵灌肠治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及护理措施.方法 将活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者158例随机分为两组,两组均配合全身治疗.治疗组（n=80）予理肠汤口服与溃疡灵保留灌肠,对照组（n=78）予柳氮磺吡啶口服.结果 治疗组总有效率为90.00%,而对照组仅为61.53%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 理肠汤口服与溃疡灵灌肠治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎临床效果明显.Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of the ulcerative colitis with oral administration combination enema and provide the nursing measure. Methods A total of 158 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Eighty patients in the study group were treated with Li Chang Tang for oral administration and performed enema treatment of Kui Yang Ling while 78 patients in the control group took Sulfasalazine. Results The effective rate of the study group was 90. 00% and of the control group was 61. 53%. The difference was significant. Conclusions Taking Li Chang Tang combination of enema with Kui Yang Ling is effective to treat ulcerative colitis.
