摘　　要：目的 探讨中药食疗对肿瘤患者化疗所致便秘的临床观察.方法 选择肿瘤化疗患者168例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各84例,治疗组采用中药食疗,对照组给予常规饮食,比较两组便秘情况以及化疗的不良反应.结果 治疗组患者化疗所致便秘发生率低于对照组,毒副反应发生率较对照组少（P〈0.01）.结论 自制中药食疗可减轻化疗的毒副反应,有效改善化疗所致的便秘.Objective To explore the effect of the self-made Chinese traditional medical food-therapy on patients with constipation after chemotherapy. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight tumor cases of constipation caused by chemotherapy were enrolled in this study and divided into 2 groups according to random numerical table. Patients of the study group （n = 84） were treated with the Chinese traditional medical food-therapy while the control group （n =84） received routine method. Results The results showed that the rate of constipation in the study group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group. Conclusions The self-made Chinese traditional medical food-therapy can ease the side-effect and adverse-effect for patients after chemotherapy.
