摘 要:20世纪90年代以来,高校师生关系出现了疏离、冷漠、相互利用、对立乃至对抗等不良的关系倾向,其根源在于社会转型和高等教育改革造成的学生对于高校的期望与教师对于学生的期望出现了矛盾和冲突,以及师生之间责任和权利关系的失范。重建和谐的高校师生关系关键在于重建师生角色意识、加强师生的有效沟通以及明晰师生的社会和法律责任。Since 1990s, originated from the contradictions of expectations between teachers and college students or their parents,the relations between teachers and college students showed to some harmful trends such as alienation,indifference, pragmatism,opposition and confrontation. The method to reconstruct the harmonious relationship between teachers and college students lies in reconstructs teachers" and college students" role consciousness,to strengthen teachers" and students effective com,nunication as well as the clear definition of their society and the legal liability.
