摘  要:为了解大熊猫眼睛的胚后发育状况 ,对 64小时龄和 35天龄大熊猫视网膜的组织结构进行了观察。发现胚后 64小时龄大熊猫视网膜的分化程度很低 ,色素层已形成 ,但视泡腔明显 ;神经层由外面数层长梭形、内面数层圆形细胞核及无核的纤维层构成。35天龄大熊猫视网膜细胞层次增多。后极视网膜至少可分为 5层 ,即色素层、成神经层、发育中的内网层、节细胞层和神经纤维层。向锯齿缘视网膜分层减少 ,近锯齿缘处神经层的结构仍与 64小时龄大熊猫视网膜相似。表明大熊猫视觉器官发育较迟 。The postnatal development of the microstructure of Giant panda retina was studied. The retina of the 64 hour old Giant panda is very primitive. The simple pigment epithelial cell layer, the optic ventricle, the primitive neuroblastic layer and the peripheral fibrous layer were observed. The number of both the retinal layer and cellular layer increases in the 35 day old Giant panda. At least 5 layers of retina were recognized in the posterior retina, including the simple pigment epithelium, neuroblastic cell layer, developing inner plexiform layer, developing ganglion cell layer and the developing nerve fiber layer. However, the structure near the ora serrata resembles the retina of the 64 hour old Giant panda. These results indicate that the visual organ of the Giant panda is under developed even at postnatal day 35. It should be taken into consideration in the rearing and protection of the Giant pandas.
