摘　　要：目的 观察社区护理干预对社区老年高尿酸血症患者的影响.方法 对辖区60岁以上（含60岁）血尿酸异常的96名老年人采取护理干预,建立健康档案、上门家访和电话随访、进行合理用药指导、体格检查、发放健康教育知识手册等,于干预前后分别进行体检,采集静脉血检测血尿酸,了解血尿酸水平及痛风的发病人次.结果 护理干预前后老年人血尿酸差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,痛风发病次数明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 实施社区护理干预可有效地提高老年人的自我保健意识和保健能力,降低老年人血尿酸水平,降低痛风发病次数,明显改善老年人身体状况,提高老年人生活质量.Objective To discuss the effects of community nursing intervention on hyperuricemia in aged patients .Methods A total of 96 aged patients above 60 years old with hyperuricemia were given community nursing intervention,including establishing healthy archives,door-to-door family visit and rationally guiding drug usage,physical examination and health education pamphlets issued knowledge.The level of serum and uric acid and the incidence of gout were investigated before and after community nursing intervention .Results The level of serum and uric acid significantly decreased after community nursing intervention.（P 〈0.05）.The number of gout significantly reduced.Conclusions Implementing community nursing intervention can effectively improve the recognition and ability of self-care,reduce blood serum and uric acid level,reduce the incidence of gout,obviously improve the condition of body and improve the quality of life of elderly people.
