摘　　要：白三烯作为一种重要的炎症介质参与了多种皮肤病的发生发展,抗白三烯药物对皮肤病的治疗也有一定的疗效。本文回顾了白三烯与相关皮肤病的文献,阐述了白三烯在皮肤病发展中的作用以及抗白三烯药物在皮肤病治疗中的应用。Leukotriene was involved in the occurrence and the development of a variety of skin diseases as an important inflammatory mediator.Anti-leukotriene drugs have certain effects.on the treatment of skin diseases This paper reviewed the leukotrienes and related skin diseases,and described the effects of leukotriene in the development of dermatosis as well as the application of anti-leukotriene drugs in the treatment of skin diseases.
