摘 要:采用显微镜观察法和溶解法等方法,在对圣麻与棉混合产品以及圣麻与羊毛混合产品进行定性鉴别的基础上,分别对圣麻与棉混合产品和圣麻与羊毛混合产品做了定量鉴别。在对圣麻与棉混合产品做定量鉴别时,选用甲酸-氯化锌做为溶解剂,优化了试验工艺条件,溶掉圣麻保留棉,计算干重百分含量;对圣麻与羊毛混合产品做定量鉴别时,选用碱性次氯酸钠做为溶解剂,溶掉羊毛保留圣麻,计算干重百分含量。结果表明所采用的试验方法准确性高、简便可行。On the basis of qualitative identification on blended products of Shengma and cotton,Shengma and wool fibers,their quantitative identification methods were carried out with microscope observation and dissolution methods.In the quantitative identification on blended products of Shengma and cotton fibers,the formic acid-zinc chloride was chose as the dissolvent and the test process condition was optimized.The dissolvent can dissolve Shengma fibers but retain cotton,so that the percentage content of dry weight of both the fibers can be calculated,and in the quantitative identification on blended products of Shengma and wool fibers,the alkaline sodium hypochlorite was chose as dissolvent,and it can dissolve wool but retain Shengma,thus the percentage content of dry weight of both the fibers can be calculated.The test results showed that the methods used had high accuracy and were simple and feasible.
